Our Lemon Log is a zesty combination of lemon, fondant and white chocolate ganache enrobed in organic and fair trade 73% dark chocolate and then decorated with sanding sugar. Not too sweet and not too sour, this chocolate delight will thrill you and will leave you wanting more. This is a new favorite.

Alton, Alton, Alton, what are you rambling about? Let me preface this spank down with a little salve first. First the salve then the spank down. Indeed, some Euorpean countries, that is 8 of the EU countries say that only chocolate made from cocoa butter can be called chocolate, 7 want to be able to add junk to their chocolates and call it chocolate. UK, Ireland and Denmark already add other oils to their chocolate and the EU has sanctioned that. So, white chocolate, which should be at least 36% cocoa butter is the least of your worries. The issues are complex.

White chocolate IS chocolate! It contains cocoa butter. That's the criterion. Sure, it has no cocoa liquor, cocoa solids, but you don't see people calling cocoa powder chocolate, do you?

What's in there? Well, there are some banana saffron caramels, there are some truffles, I see a Lapsang Souchang, that's the spikey one, and I see some of my milk chocolate covered blueberry and pomegranate molasses and sodium alginate so you know they are vegan. I also see an old style lavender ganache. I see a Jasmine Dragon, that's the one with the white chocolate shavings, I also see some milk chocolate cherry cordials, that the one with the swirl on the top. I also see a nice hazelnut pate cup. I see a dark chocolate with urfa chili, that the one in the corner with the musical notes on it. So many. Oh, I see an Earl Gray Tea truffle. I have 9 truffles made from tea, Green, Oolong and Black. Nice. I have more truffles than that, though.
