Sour Dough Bread: Don't fear the Italian Bread (bâtard)

This time, when making my sour dough I did an Italian type bâtard. This is what we used to call Italian bread, no modifiers, when I was growing up except it is usually sweet.

My Rev X went belly up

I think the motor that turns the bowl died. I just don't want to even think about it. On a happier note, the Hilliard is doing wonderfully. I love it.
