New Display for our Chocolates

Kim put together a new display for our chocolate display. And in honor of the new display, we made new and fresh Pistachio Marzipan. Here are some pictures of tacking down our freshly roasted pistachios on to the marzipan before we enrobed them.

OK. So, in actuality, we ran out. That's because they are, in Morgan, one of my assistants words, so good.
