C'est Arrivé! The Cold Core/Alternative Air Chocolate Display Case

The display case is here. I didn't have a camera to document the historic event. Kim had the camera. But post facto, I am taking a ton of pictures.

Alternative Air Fixtures and Cold Core out did themselves. I had to help the guy who delivered it, he was having major problems with his heart, but together we got it delivered. It looked so small on the truck but it just fits in our lobby.

Kim didn't have time to shop these photos but here you go.

It's a little gem. I've been loading it up all day. Kim just got back from shopping and haircut. We are going to have a champagne celebration. What is better than champagne and chocolates? Nothing I can put in this family oriented blog, that's for sure.

What genius made those chocolates?

Beautiful truffles. Indeed, my Tea Set has been selling like hot cakes. We sold many of the Tea Sets today. It is by far out most popular item. At least for today.

Could you doubt it looking at this picture. Those are perfect truffles.

Cold Core and through them, Alternative Air Fixtures. We'll see if this display case gets here by Tuesday, already almost two weeks late.

My chef friends just laugh and say, "You allowed an extra two weeks? You should have allowed an extra two months." I was going to do the Grand Opening in Jan but David of Cold Core was very sure that I would get the case last Monday.

Well, we'll be ready no matter what. Here we come Grand Opening. I'll see you there. Guaranteed!

Display case is on its way, finally.

I'm too ferclempt to comment any further. I know it is going to be a beautiful display case. If only it'll get here! I can't wait.
