Life by Chocolate

Chocolate, white, milk, dark, in all its forms forms life. Chocolate truffles, caramels, and other confections are at the core of enjoyment. This is life by chocolate because death by chocolate is the wrong attitude.

Caramel Cutter: The Big Kahuna


I've had a number of people over the years ask about our caramel cutter, I recently found this baby on youtube. Either the video is poorly adjusted for green or they're cutting some polymer rather than caramel. ;-) Enjoy this video.
