Raspberry Double Delight: a new, so very new ganache

Well, now that I have my amazing guitar cutter, I can make a lot more slab ganaches.

And this one, a duo of dark and milk chocolate made into a raspberry butter ganache, oh so European, and then layered and enrobed with 73% dark chocolate is a confection made in heaven. I also did some amazing fork decoration on this beauty.

Does the camera lie? Absolutely NOT!
