Almond Buttercrunch
I used the Arriba to make Almond Buttercrunch (aka Almond Butter Crunch). They are delicioso. Also, I made my own special Crunchooey's. They are terrific. I had to temper the chocolate twice, since I've been hand tempering. The buttercrunch is a fun confection to make.
