I love these people

Well, this group, this quilting group, is going to break the record for the most chocolate ordered by an art group here at the Greenville Arms and the Hudson River Valley Art Workshops. I wont tell you the amount but between this, the restaurant orders, and the telephone orders, I guess I'm going to have to make more dark Cranberry conserve chocolates and maybe even milk as well as, wait for it, the lavender ganache. Yup. The flavor of choice for the Thanksgiving holiday season isn't mace, as you might expect, or cinnamon but lavender.
