What are the blogs for?

The idea of this blog and of the Inn Your Dreams blog is to share my adventure with Kim or Kim's adventure with me. This blog isn't the sell chocolates, though, I'd be happy if it did. Rather, it's to give you insight and to talk about the secrets of making chocolate.

This has been a great adventure with Kim. I hope this blog and the other one, illuminates just what that means.

Anyway, this blog has been a great outlet for me and I hope for Kim. (Yes, she blogs, but rarely now-a-days.) And yes, I know, I need more pictures on this blog. I'll get there.
