More Magical Mystic
We took a lot of Old Stonington pictures. Here's one more.
We spent most of one day at the Sea Port. It's a recreation town of Old Mystic and it has a lot of preserved ships. We saw the Charles Mason and we also saw the Joseph Conrad a ship that President Truman donated if Mystic Seaport would teach kids how to sail. (See two photos below.) Or at least that's what we heard from the docent. Though I do know that Mystic Seaport is trying to get President Truman's and many other presidents' yacht the USS Sequoia.
This is the Emma C. Berry, one of the oldest surviving commercials ships.
This is a horse and wagon in case you didn't know. What type of wagon is that? Answer this question for extra credit.
