Life by Chocolate

Chocolate, white, milk, dark, in all its forms forms life. Chocolate truffles, caramels, and other confections are at the core of enjoyment. This is life by chocolate because death by chocolate is the wrong attitude.

Mystic Magic in Connecticut

Kim and I went to Mystic CT for a two day vacation. We had Greg Peck, the owner and innkeeper of the Adams House, stay with us for two days. We did a stay exchange and, as luck would have it, we were able to go last week. And what a fun time we had. Our room at the Adams House was beautiful and very comfortable and yes it had its own beautiful bathroom. (I don't know why but people always ask us that question.)

We wandered all over mystic. We did the downtown as well as the Sea Port. All well worth the trip.

We had drinks and dinner at S&P Oyster Company, right on the river, as well as the Captain Daniel Packer House.

And we visited downtown Old Stonington. Very beautiful and lots of yachts to see.

The Lighthouse and the view from the Lamp and Lens housing.

We also got a chance to go see the last Whaling Ship, the Charles Mason. They are restoring it. We did a lot of walking around the old Sea Port.

More tomorrow. Enjoy the pictures. Mystic was a lot of fun and there are just too many pictures to get it all into one post.
