Chocolate, white, milk, dark, in all its forms forms life. Chocolate truffles, caramels, and other confections are at the core of enjoyment. This is life by chocolate because death by chocolate is the wrong attitude.

Most Chefs think about what they put in their mouths


And ask a simple question, is this worth the calories? Should I swallow?

Indeed, even when tasting my own Life by Chocolate's chocolates and confections, and they are good, no great, I still spit after I've had a good chew. Sort of like wine tasting. If I were to eat every meal I made, every chocolate and confection I created, I'd be one fat man. Instead, by the time I'm done cooking, I've had to taste so many ingredients that I'm usually pretty full. That's the secret.
