I just made some great Orange Cinnamon Ganache





That's the one with the very expensive balsamic vinegar. It's a tasty treat in dark chocolate with an orange confit on top. Yummer. I call them Orange Sin but you'll call them heaven.

I also made some more of the bacon caramels and raspberry truffles, dark chocolate. And let's not forget the marzipan. This one is pistachio marzipan. Yum.

  2. Yup. It's very fun. A blast. We do over 200 different confections. It's a lot but I am having a ton of fun.
