Chocolate, white, milk, dark, in all its forms forms life. Chocolate truffles, caramels, and other confections are at the core of enjoyment. This is life by chocolate because death by chocolate is the wrong attitude.

Sour Dough Bread: Don't fear the Italian Bread (bâtard)
This time, when making my sour dough I did an Italian type bâtard. This is what we used to call Italian bread, no modifiers, when I was growing up except it is usually sweet.
