I'm making chocolate Santa's as well as little Christmas trees, snowmen, presents and a whole host of different chocolates. I have small heavily decorated snowmen and larger undecorated snowmen. Snowmen are either 100% white chocolate or they are a thin coating of white chocolate wrapping dark chocolate. Who says you can't have the best of both worlds?
