Cream and Butter Ganache
Just a note to everyone. We make our cream ganaches fresh. They have a shelf life of about 3-4 weeks. So, when you order them, eat them within that time. Cream ganaches include the lavender ganache and the tea set.
Butter ganache lasts about double. Call it 6 to 8 weeks. The Orange Sin is a butter ganache.
The caramels and cordials will last around 3 months, though a cordial may last longer and the nut butters about 6 months. The nut bark will last six month to a year. Dried fruit bark and plain chocolate will last about a year, maybe more. But in all cases, it depends on the storage conditions. Good conditions, 70 degrees and a relative humidity of 55 to 60 percent.
